About the directors

Mat Hill - MD

Matthew is a media and technology consultant who moved to Cornwall after spending several years working in the City.

He is a founding director of Mentor's DEN CIC, a community interest company and management consultancy helping disabled and disadvantaged entrepreneurs to set up and run their own businesses.

Previous to a spinal injury Matthew competed nationally in Modern Pentathlon. He has also performed internationally with various acclaimed choirs and ensembles and features on recordings regularly played on national radio.

Through his work with teenagers with mental health and physical disability he continues to help ensure inclusion and best practice in the services offered for this client base. He is a Civilian Instructor with the ATC (Air Training Corps) and competes internationally in wheelchair fencing.

Matthew maintains a keen interest in emerging technology and brings his own experience of using medical devices, along with those of the many disabled people he works with.

Warren Bentham - Financial Director

Warren Bentham has worked in Financial Services since graduating from the London School of Economics in 2000 with an honours degree in Economics. Whilst initially working as a financial paraplanner for numerous advisers, working in an array of fields, he gained a varied and detailed knowledge base together with the necessary qualifications to start advising his own clients.

Since obtaining the Financial Planning Certificate in 2001, Warren has advised on a range of products and services including mortgages, retirement plans, investments and insurance products. He prides himself on offering a professional, independent and open service to his clients and by working with 75point3 Limited, Warren is able to offer his clients access to the depth of knowledge and experience available within the company.

After already completing the Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute, Warren is currently working towards his Advanced Diploma and Chartered Financial Planner status. This will allow him to further enhance his ability to offer the best advice to his clients and remain up to date with current financial markets and regulation.

James Frith - Technology Director

James Frith has had a varied career since graduating from Cambridge with a first class degree in Mathematics and Management Studies. He started working with a major credit card company, but then took a year off to train at a circus school.

Since then he has been perfoming as a professional trapeze artist and acrobat alongside working as a freelance IT consultant.

His performance work has taken him across the globe, from Paris to Dubai and from Hong Kong to Hawaii. He performs mainly in the corporate entertainment market, although he has appeared on various TV shows as well. He was part of the first team of circus performers ever to perform on the pitch at Lord's Cricket Ground during the first test of the Ashes. He has also appeared in TV adverts for Hitachi and Smirnoff.

His technical expertise runs from web programming languages (including php, HTML, CSS and JavaScript) through the Microsoft Office suite to Objective-C on the Apple platforms
